Top Dog Games on Android in Russia: Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the Russian market saw intriguing trends in the performance of dog-themed games on the Android platform. Sensor Tower data reveals key insights into weekly downloads and active user metrics for the top five games in this category.

Talking Ben the Dog, developed by Outfit7 Limited, showed a consistent rise in weekly downloads, culminating at approximately 70K by the end of December. Despite a decline in early Q4, weekly active users rebounded, reaching around 354K in the final week.

Pet Paradise - Shop Simulator from Galaxy Astronaut Games experienced an initial surge in downloads, peaking at over 51K in early November. However, this was followed by a gradual decline, ending the year at about 11K. Active users mirrored this trend, rising sharply to over 44K in late November before tapering off.

My Talking Hank: Islands, another title from Outfit7 Limited, enjoyed a steady increase in downloads, reaching close to 34K in mid-December. Active users also grew, starting at 176K in early October and reaching nearly 196K by year-end.

Hippo Kids Games’ L.O.L. Surprise! Pet Center saw a moderate fluctuation in downloads, starting at 28K and closing the quarter at around 25K. Active users decreased initially but ended the year on an upward trajectory, with about 82K users.

Lastly, Capybara Simulator: My pets by Take Top Entertainment had a remarkable increase in downloads towards the end of the quarter, reaching over 41K. Active users consistently grew throughout the quarter, peaking at approximately 186K.
